How It Works

What is Parktle?
Parktle is an on-demand parking lot shuttle platform. Travelers reserve a parking spot at a partner lot, drive in, and use the app to request a real-time shuttle to their airport terminal, hotel, or cruise port. Drivers complete the trip, and passengers can rate and tip afterward.
How does Parktle work step by step?
1. Book your parking spot through the Parktle app or website. 2. Drive to the lot on your departure day. 3. Open the app and tap "Request Shuttle." 4. A nearby driver picks you up and drops you off at your destination. 5. When you return, open the app again to request a shuttle back to your car.
Is there live tracking?
Yes. Once a driver accepts your request you can track their location in real time on a map inside the Parktle app.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. Parktle supports multi-passenger bookings so your entire travel party can reserve parking and ride together.

Pricing & Payment

How much does Parktle cost?
The Parktle app is free to download. Parking rates are set by each individual lot owner. You will see the rate clearly before confirming your booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see at booking is what you pay. Tipping the driver is entirely optional.
How does tipping work?
After your trip, the app prompts you to rate your driver and leave an optional tip. 100% of the tip amount goes directly to your driver — Parktle does not take a cut.
What payment methods are accepted?
Parktle accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter your promo code at checkout to apply a discount. Promo codes are issued by lot owners or through Parktle promotions.

Booking & Reservations

Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies are set by each lot owner. You can view the cancellation policy before confirming your booking. Many lots offer flexible cancellation.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book a parking spot as far in advance as you like, or as last-minute as same-day depending on availability at your chosen lot.
Do I need to print anything?
No. Everything is handled digitally through the Parktle app. Show your booking confirmation on your phone when you arrive at the lot.

For Drivers

How do I become a Parktle driver?
Drivers are onboarded by lot owners. If you work for a participating parking lot, ask your manager to add you to the Parktle platform.
How do drivers get paid?
Drivers receive 100% of tips submitted by passengers through the app. Additional driver compensation is arranged between the driver and their lot owner.
What does the Parktle driver app do?
The Parktle driver app shows incoming shuttle requests, navigates to passengers, tracks trip history, and displays ratings and tips.

For Lot Owners

How do I list my parking lot on Parktle?
Contact us at parktle.com/contact or reach out through the app. Our team will set up your lot, help you onboard drivers, and get you accepting reservations quickly.
What does the lot owner dashboard include?
Lot owners get a full web dashboard to manage drivers, set pricing, view and manage reservations, track live shuttle activity, generate payout reports, configure promo codes, and more.
Can I manage multiple lots?
Yes. Lot owners can manage multiple parking lot locations from a single Parktle account.
